When I think of Vitaspray, two thoughts stand out in my mind.
I remember Dr Chen telling us that if people really understood the power of Vitaspray, every child would keep one in their desks at school, every male would have one in his pocket and every female would carry one in her purse. It doesn’t get rid of your problems, he said, but it sure helps you to cope with them better.
Shortly after 9/11 I got a call from a consumer who was already eating the Sunpack foods, but who said she needed something extra as she was tense and struggling emotionally with what had happened. I told her to get a small and inexpensive product, Vitaspray. She was happy to say she had one in her cupboard but had forgotten about it. I told her to carry it around with her and as often as she thought about it, spray three shots of it under her tongue. She called me back just a few days later to tell me how very much improved she was. Then she said, almost verbatim, what Dr. Chen had said. It didn’t get rid of her problems-it just helped her body deal with them better.

Years ago, at age thirty-four, my mother-in-law told me I needed to start taking care of my skin. It was true. I’d seen a lot of sun. But I’d never found any products that I could use without my skin having an allergic reaction.

You know, it’s funny, even after twenty years in Sunrider, I still get excited when I am reminded of how wonderful our products are. And what’s even more bizarre is that I still need reminders. Here’s what I mean:

I was watching Dr. Oz on Oprah and he was showing a nutritious food called purslane. He was going on about how he was born in Turkey and how they eat it there and how great it is for us. Oprah said she’d never seen it before. It is not easy get. Well, I was thrilled! Want to know why?

Many years ago a distributor called me. She was all excited because she’d been watching Dr. Andrew Weill, the doctor works at NAU and who’s been on PBS and speaks about natural healing. He, too, was talking about purslane and said that it is anti-inflammatory. She jumped up and ran to get her box of Liqui-five and she said she just knew it would have purslane as one of the ingredients because whenever she drank it, she didn’t hurt! Anti-inflammatory!!! Well, she was thrilled to see that it was the second ingredient!!! Well, if that isn’t the most perfect way to get confirmation of how good Sunrider products are, I don’t know what is!

So, after watching Dr. Oz, I was reminded of how wonderful Liqui-five is and ordered a batch for me and then Jeff even asked me to get him some!

Though purslane, for most, is hard to get, it is easy for us to get it.
